Please note that your claim must be submitted to your insurance within 30 days from date of occurrence in order to avoid repudiation and that the excess in your policy is applicable

Please forward the claim form to Tiziana Di Cosmo our claims manager or
fax +27 21 551 8061 together with the following documents:
- A clear copy of the driver’s South African or International driver’s licence.
- If a third party was involved in the accident, then the accident must be reported to the police. The police case number needs to be stated in the claim form.
- All details of the third party and the other motor vehicle. It is the responsibility of the insured to provide us with these details as we do not have access to the police report.
- A quotation for the repairs to your motor vehicle. Mutual & Federal clients need to chose a panelbeater from the approved panelbeater list and Execuline clients only pay 50 % of the excess if they chose a panelbeater from their approved list. All other clients are free to go to any panelbeater of their choice.
