It is important to know that all maintenance and wear&tear related claims are generally not covered in terms of the policy wording and first will be investigated by the insurance company (e.g. waterproofing, blocked pipes, bad workmanship, etc.). However, we will gladly hand in your insurance claim and support a positive outcome but the claim can still be repudiated at a later stage.
